I have been working as a psychotherapist since 1989. Previously my experience was in teaching and, later, in publishing. I graduated from the institute of Psychosynthesis in 1991 with both a diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling and in Psychosynthesis Psychotherapy.
I have a certificate in Psychosynthesis Supervision from The Psychosynthesis and Education Trust (2001).

I have worked with individuals, couples and small groups.

I was founding member of Moving Line Counselling and Psychotherapy services in London, I also worked as a Supervisor for Threshold Women's Counselling services in Brighton

I have a particular interest in Buddhist psychology and philosophy which influences my work.

I am an accredited member of the UKCP.

I do not diagnose or use psychiatric labels in my work. I aim to treat all people equally with respect for their gender, sexuality, ethnic origin or beliefs. My aim is to empower people to become free from the conflicting emotions and thoughts that hamper their lives and cause suffering. I hope to encourage a deepening of their understanding of themselves and their relationship to others which will allow greater freedom and choice.
